Andora's Adventures: meet the cast
What you'll see
Andora runs in and skids into her peace sign. Dad walks in after her, puffed, gets his breath back and waves. Yuki walks in from the other side and bows; Andora bows back far too deep and nearly topples, Yuki giggles behind her hand and shows her the fox sign, and Andora copies it. Then a real fox gallops past all three, skids to a stop, sits and looks back at them with a sly grin. Then the four of them together, their heights marked on the sheet.
How it was made
Made by the studio's engine from a film written as data. Dad, Yuki and the fox are new rigs, drawn fresh in every frame at any angle, as Andora is. The fox is our own design, on a four-legged rig with its own bounding gallop. The people walk on the engine's walk, heel to toe, with the planted foot held still on the floor. Every sound effect is synthesised by the studio's own foley engine, with no recordings and no AI.

The opening of every series: who the people are, how big they are beside each other and how they get on, before a word is spoken. This is the cast of Andora's adventures.
